Dr. Preetha Nair

Holistic Physician & Wellness Mentor

Dr. Preetha Nair, BHMS (Delhi), Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education, and Prenatal & Postnatal YTCC (Yoga Alliance), is a compassionate physician dedicated to comprehensive wellness.  With years of experience in integrative therapy, homeopathy, nutrition, and lifestyle care, she supports families in addressing health concerns and restoring balance affected by modern lifestyle patterns.

As the visionary founder of Pranabloom, a holistic space for fertility, prenatal, and postnatal well-being, She and her team guides individuals with personalized care that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. Her expertise in Garbha Sanskar philosophy deepens the connection between mother and child, while her background ensures a comprehensive approach to women’s health.

Previously, she established Homeomantra, a wellness center integrating homeopathy, nutrition, and yoga therapy. This foundational work inspired her to create Pranabloom, focusing more deeply on fertility health, prenatal wellness, and mindful parenting.

Her mission is to empower families to begin their parenthood journey with confidence, awareness, and holistic well-being.

Dr. Leela Kunhiraman, MD, DipIBLM, is a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician with over 25 years of experience in India and the U.S. She is passionate about disease prevention through lifestyle interventions.

She specializes in preventing cardiovascular disease and diabetes through evidence-based, culturally tailored lifestyle strategies.Highly skilled in leading year long Diabetes Prevention Programs (DPP) and empowering diverse populations to achieve sustainable health improvements. She is part of the team at the South Asian Heart Center, El Camino Health,CA

She contributes to program development, training, and health education at Pranabloom.

Praneet Nair

Praneet is a Product Strategist with 8+ years of experience building innovative digital health and fitness solutions across Europe and Asia. With a BE, MBA, and a 500-hour TTC in Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing, he bridges the gap between technology and holistic wellness.

In his career, he has led product and business roles in digital health, fitness, and therapeutics, creating solutions that combine medical efficacy with user-focused design for both healthcare and consumer wellness markets.

Beyond tech, Praneet is a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, offering transformative sessions rooted in somatic wisdom, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, shared at retreats and festivals across Europe

Supriya Nair

Therapeutic Yoga & Wellness Specialist

Supriya is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Mentor with over 900 hours of advanced training in Ashtanga Yoga. She is also a certified Prenatal, Postnatal, and Garbha Sanskar Yoga Coach, offering holistic and nurturing support to women during pregnancy and motherhood. Alongside her yoga training, Supriya holds an MBA, bringing a unique balance of modern knowledge and traditional wisdom to her practice.

Before devoting herself fully to yoga, Supriya spent over seven years in the corporate sector in operations and business development within e-commerce and NBFC industries. This experience gave her unique insight into the stress and imbalance caused by fast-paced lifestyles, shaping her grounded and therapeutic approach to yoga.

Her classes combine discipline and flow, helping students reconnect with their body, calm the mind, and embrace inner well-being.
